I thought about using the state pic as a background image for the pages but wasn't sure about it since I'm trying to keep the page 56k friendly. Let's get some more thoughts on the page and what it should contain and so forth....   C'mon people, speak up!!!!  This is all of ours, we want it to be as nice as it can be for everyone. Yes, that's easy.  However, I wanted the pics to touch each other so it looks like one continous ribbon.  It actually looks that way in Firefox.  If there's no space between the pics and you make the whole pic a link, then people might click on the wrong thing by accident.  It's done with an image map, so I can make the clickable area as big or as small as I need to. I really like table with the blue header and grey background.  It ties in nice with WVST logo.  I'm going to play with that. I think we need some small pics to break up "The Pace".  That's a lot of words without any eye candy for us ADD people Ride nekkid. wvsporttouring rocks! Maybe if we can find some that are very related to the different sections or something like that. I figure the page is going to change a lot as time goes and we learn more about coding and what we and others want to have on the page. I'll share what I have with Alex on the Dreamweaver stuff so we stay at least in the same book. I prefer simple navigation, pages without a lot of frills (unless they are uber-cool). I mean, it's mostly for us and our entertainment but I don't want to leave anyone out because they don't have the latest hardware or the fastest connections. I've found some good Dreamweaver info on the web and will be trying to learn it and some other stuff.....I'm trying to keep from relearning straight HTML but may have to......ya never know, I might need to get another job someday! We've already done over 650Mb of data transfer, the site itself is only 79Mb including the videos so there are people out there enjoying the site.
