In order to make forum navigation easier, we could have different sub-forums, such as "The Garage" for threads about working on your bike or "Classified" for threads about items wanted to buy/for sale. I don't know how crazy we should go, but I think we need: 1. classifieds 2. a place to talk about equipment/bikes/dealers 3. ride reports?  In the past, Jeff would post pictures of our latest ride.   We could write reports with pics in a new "Ride Reports" forum or   just post the pics in someone's gallery or   put it in the "Ride Maps" section of the website. Vote #4 = Yes   One suggestion...spend a little time creating an information map (on paper) that outlines the flow of information.  The WVST board should already have a mission statement that outlines why the board exists and what it hopes to accomplish.  Keep that document close by as you create the map (outline) for the board and compare the two.  This will help you further define what new forums should be added initially.  Probably ought to have a "suggestion box" forum as well to help collect ideas.   My $0.02 - if the board exists to talk about touring WV then there could be several forums based on attractions, routes, group tours, road conditions, etc.  There probably is already enough general information type forums on other boards that we all frequent, so we should try to focus on unique aspects of our wonderful state and the roads we ride.   Heaven Bound aka.
